Rubberizing gives durable and thick Coatings (2-6 mm) for excellent protection inside pipes, tanks, vessels and basins. The outside has a zinc dust coating.
Rubber Coatings have longer life-time and are more resistant to chemicals and sea-water than traditional Coatings like one- or two component paints, teflon-coating and stoved enamels and can quickly be repaired from mechanical damages
The type of rubber used is tailor-made to the purpose and application and Grossmann+Kaiser processes many different rubber qualities of natural and synthetic rubbers:

For gumming jobs, surfaces are treated according to DIN 28051 and DIN 28053.
Steal jobs are executed according to DIN EN ISO 12944, in accordance with purity standard SA 2,5. Grossmann+Kaiser rubberizing is done according to DIN EN ISO 14879-4, part 1.
