Seamless lining
With this thick, elastic and continuous surface coating a protection exceeding conventional coating techniques is achieved.
This coating covers the substrate completely without any seams, with very high chock and abrasion resistance, and fully protect against sea water, salts and all the common acids and alkalis.
Rubber linings
Rubber provides a lasting and thick coating for excellent protection of the inside of pipes, tanks etc. Available in several rubber qualities tailored to the final application with respect to temperatures, chemical resistivity, abrasions etc.
Coatings and enamels
Surface coating with epoxy and vinyl ester-based systems tailor-made to protect equipment towards environment and content keeping the safety for processes and plants. Especially in tube-bundle heat exchangers the SAEKAPHEN-technology prevents dangerous incrustations and fouling.
Thermoplastic powder coatings
These elastic coatings prepared by thermoplastic powders give good protection and long lasting decorative surfaces.
