SAEKA-Flake 900 ais a two component vinyl ester coating reinforced with microscopic glass and / or graphite flakes. This gives ultimate diffusion barrier and extreme protection of steel structures exposed for abrasion. The coating is resistant towards chemicals in the pH range 1-8 and stand temperatures up to 220°C under dry conditions. The coating has a unique smooth and hydrophobic surface. It can be stored for 9-12 months and has a pot life of 90 min at 20°C. |
